THE COMMUNITY
We're located on the north end of town near North Reserve's shopping and dining, and by the start of the Mullan Trail. Everything you need is a stone's throw away! Need groceries? Albertsons and Walmart are just down the road. Feel like a last minute date night? Take a quick stroll to Outback Steakhouse and catch a movie at the AMC 10. Fill up your spacious closet with a shopping spree at the nearby Target, Old Navy, or TJ Maxx. And don't forget to find all the furniture you need at Furniture Row. Once you're all settled, hop on your bike or put on those hiking boots and set out for a scenic walk at nearby natural areas!
We're delighted to offer a variety of options for you! We have 778 SF one-bedrooms, and 981 - 987 SF two-bedroom one-bath floor plans, with both standard and upgraded units available. There are three and four-story buildings with the availability of each floor plan on all levels. With so many options, we are sure to have the perfect home for you.
Brooklyn West is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the Mountain Line bus route. Enjoy modern conveniences in our spacious apartments with smart locks and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. A full size washer and dryer are included in all apartments as well! In addition, our upgraded apartments homes include quartz countertops, quality plank flooring, and premium lighting. Fenced yards are also available. Select apartments include controlled access and elevators. All this while being within a few miles of fishing access, hiking trails and ski access, Brooklyn West is the ideal place to call home!
AMENITIES
Yes, we love our furry friends! We allow dogs and cats with a two pet maximum. Be sure to stop by the clubhouse for a treat, and get directions to the nearby park for some extra playtime with your four legged family member!
We provide pet stations with fido baggies throughout the community. Your pet is sure to make plenty of friends here! You can even choose an apartment with a fenced yard so they have plenty of space to relax and have some fun in the sun.
Dog owners pay a $49 DNA swab fee, and all pet owners pay an annual registration fee of $25. The refundable pet deposit is $500 per pet, and pet rent is $35 per month per pet with a 2 pet maximum.
We do not have weight restrictions, but the following breeds and mixed breeds are prohibited for the safety of our residents: American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Malamute, English or Tibetan Mastiff, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, and Wolf-Dog Hybrids.
We have off street, first come first serve, free parking. Don't feel like sweeping snow off your car in the winters? Enjoy an assigned, covered carport for only $45 per month!
Every apartment has its own extra large patio or balcony. Grab those patio chairs and simply step out your backdoor for scenic views that only Montana can offer. Extend your outdoor living space by selecting one of our choice units that include a private, fenced yard. Brooklyn West is the place to be in this beautiful place we call home!

Yes! Be sure to stop by the office to meet our amazing leasing team. We're here to help, whether it's with a maintenance request, a lease question, or just for a friendly smile, we can't wait to see you. The leasing office is open 10-6 Monday-Friday and 10-5 on Saturday.
We love our maintenance team and know that you will too! With our on-site team, maintenance requests are done in a flash and Brooklyn West shines. They're just a phone call or email away!
We're here to help! You can always submit a maintenance request online through the resident portal or app. You can also call or email the office team and we're happy to submit it for you. Getting help is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
We know that your time is important. You don't need to wait around for a maintenance tech. You may give our team permission to enter your apartment in your absence, and the work will be completed while you're away.
Brooklyn West has a maintenance team member on call 24 hours a day to help with any emergency that arises. Simply call our regular phone number and follow the prompts to reach them. We are here for you!
ADMINISTRATIVE + LEASING
Our conveniently located leasing office makes touring an apartment a breeze. We're happy to accept walk-in tours during our business hours. You may also schedule an appointment through our website, by phone, or by email!

We know that sometimes you just need some flexibility. Brooklyn West offers 3-13 month lease terms. Pricing can vary based on your move-in date and lease term. We're here to help you find the perfect combination!
We sure do! Corporate leases have limited availability, so be sure to check with our friendly leasing team to check out your options prior to applying.
We understand that moving can be complicated. We try to make things as easy as possible for you. Once you fill out our online application, you will usually hear back within 24 to 48 hours.
The application fee is $40 per applicant 18 or older. In addition, you pay a holding deposit of $200. The holding deposit is applied towards your security deposit which totals $500, meaning you only pay an additional $300 for your security deposit at move in. Any other pet deposits, charges, or pro-rated amounts will be due at move in.
Rent can be paid online through the resident portal or in the office with a check or cashier's check.
No, utilities are billed through a third party company and conveniently added to your rent. Each month, you can review the charges on your resident portal. Electricity is transferred to your own name through Northwestern Energy.
We want to make sure all your belongings are covered in case of an accident. Renter's insurance is a requirement at Brooklyn West. You may choose your own provider, or use our master policy at $18.50 per month.
The gross household income needs to be three times one month's rent.
Absolutely, we understand that having a guarantor or co-signer can be beneficial for some residents. They must fill out their own application and the gross income must be four times one month's rent.
